Me and my family would love to sue them because what they did to us was very wrong and we always paid rent. now we are homeless living in a motel. And all our neighbors loved us we stayed to ourselves. so I'm telling you this to help you out don't move in even if the deal is good.

For example the camps made across the street in front of the park were a nightmare even finding syringes on the street during this time. Well if you haven't been observant as of late. There is an influx of new people to the area and they are not in the parks. The garbage bags are being dumped again on the street or grass area. As the saying goes, "bad things prevail because decent good folk do nothing." I am thankful for this park and community for what it has shown me. I am not saying to go befriend those living out of the park. Its not for everyone. I have rambled on hopefully not too much where i would need to take the review off.
Nov 07, 2022 · Liz SupThe owner does not do much to maintain the park, even though you ask for it. Improvements have to be made to keep the standards of a home. I guess it is just a business for him. The park does not have a welcome feeling. The roads & driveways are worn out.The office staff are not hospitable. You go into the office, they don't attend to you at the front counter. They sit at their desks, & continue doing whatever they were doing. One lady uses the phone a lot.The maintenance workers get paid for doing nothing, besides smoke, chit chat & drive around.The water supply to the homes needs to be checked & cleaned out.There is a surplus of adult cats & kittens. No one from this office is doing anything to neuter them, reduce the count by finding them homes.Even if you own your trailer, you need to get permission & approval to make any changes ..makes you wonder do I own it, or the park owns it ?!Even though you own the trailer, you still have to pay rent on the trailer space + utilities. Rent goes up every year in Dec. The utilities [trash, water, sewer & stormwater] have a high base charge.
Dec 05, 2023 · Megha MayaAt one time Stockton Verde Mobile Home Park was a 5 star park and that was when Dorothy was alive and managing the place she was strict but did everything by the books and never once did she pull any of the shady underhanded moves that are being done by whomever is managing the place now, even her son Ron did an okay job managing the place, however he was not quite the honest business person his mother was but still he was much better then the ones running the place now. They pick and choose whom has to abide by the rules, the younger woman "Julia" that works in the office is as crooked as they get she will make you feel like she is reasonable and genuine however she will turn rite around and make up lies on you and and while she's not in the office she spends her time off getting hammered and was even seen at Denny's on Waterloo Rd at 3am ordered two plates ate what she wanted and decided to skip out on her tab completely drunk couldn't even walk straight and her and her friends jumped into her car she literally almost hit the waitress as she so quickly reversed out of the parking space she was in and she sped out of the parking lot luckily not before her waiter took her plate down. Park was nice until the crooks took over running the place be careful if you decide to move to this place it's gone down hill from my observation
