Worst place to live due to the slumlord of an owner. She is a millionaire but doesn't want to fix anything. She's too cheap to fix things right and talks horribly to her renters and her employees. I am thankful my family member moved out finally.

Apr 24, 2025 · jasmine fosterHorrible place to live ,cats overrun the park all in your vehicles/home tearing stuff down.Very rude management will ghost you on issues they promise to fix. They will act very nicely at first and as soon as the contract is signed completely change , when they come for walk through quarterly will not speak or even engage you just quiet and move on.The repairs we had done were either not done or half way done never fully fixed or replaced. Waited months without vent hood in a gas stove home and our ac ducts were to old to work properly and was told they would get fixed and then they duct taped it when the issue originally wasn’t holes which it did have , it was the insulation , therefor making our electric bill at least $400 monthly in a majority GAS home.Leaks galore in this home.

Oh and no Great Danes? Have these people ever been around one before? I have now had 2 of them and my 5 yr old controls him with simple hand gestures. They are so far from aggressive.
