I sent emails,text and called for weeks and got no reply. They owe us our deposit of 550 and a title fee of 300. They r trying to put an eviction on my record even tho I don’t live there and haven’t since December. I am extremely unhappy with this company, they don’t take care of their properties and don’t take care of their tenants.

They keep saying it's on the list.But raising the lot rent. And telling tenants. They contacted venders to power wash trailer or seal your roof. Which you can make payments on.seems to me the lights should be above theses issues since I told them about it a year ago. Just saying!!!!

They where kind as well as caring. They would even from time to time to talk about things in the neighbor hood just to see how things where. We made many friends here and enjoyed spending three wonderful years here. We now own a home now but I am thankful for the memories we had here. Would recomend this place 100 times over, very affordable and everyone we met where kind, thank you Mill Road Estates.
