Most existing to old to move out - many that buy to improve find on them to update gas meter, electrical pole, etc as won't pass code...and at their cost. When new owner down a remodel hit this stage- tore down completely and sought court help to be able to exit lease.

I was going to buy a trailer in there from a private seller they wanted that trailer as in the trailer park The lady's nephew that lives there his best friend is the maintenance man in the maintenance man also wanted that trailer so they still took our money Said my credit wasn't good enough but yet I still got a $20,000 car on credit I can get personal loans from the bank on credit but didn't have enough credit to live in a trailer park like that. Huh weird
