Aug 18, 2023 · Tony CBuyer/renter beware, during the 18 months that I lived there they changed property managers and both were useless. Was told prior to moving in that the leak in the roof was fixed, it wasn't and it continued to leak, new owners refused to repair, they also refused to repair broken and rotten boards on front porch. We were told when we moved in the the heat and a/c unit had been repaired it wasn't instead it was gutted and only thing repaired was duct work so we had to use window a/c and portable heaters. A storm brought a tree down that broke power pole, was given hard time on replacing pole and hiring electrician to put up new meter box.
