Mobil Home Community I visited as a guest. I don't live on the property but I imagine that wouldn't be a bad thing. The grounds are at a well kept standard and so are the homes themselves. Sep 03, 2023 · Daryl MapesThe manager there is a cold hearted lady....just cares about money...they're constantly raising prices on they're tenants and just did my mother completely wrong who is and disabled senior citizens who always paid rent on time after her roomate died and forced her to leave her house which my mom inherited because of not being on the lease after living there for 8.5 years...she was technically just added as a long term guest. She wouldn't't even let her apply until after we hired a lawyer then denied her because of the most ridiculous reason all during COVID... Come to find out it's because they get a fee from mobile home companies to be able to move brand new mobile homes to a location for purchase...my mom was too old and after going thru it for 8 months gave up and sold it...The manager then denied the man a tenant he tried to get to move in there so he had to pay to move it out off of the property..all so she could line her pockets. And the way she and the manage company in Santa Ana handled it was obvious what they were doing...they wouldn't let us contact the owners or anything...I've never had to deal with a place that was so unconcerned with obviously doing bad things to people in a wrong illegal way...
