Don't rent here. These people will rent you a sub par trailer with promises of fixing it up. Then take you to court for damages that were there when you moved in. If you do move in here I recommend taking pictures of everything. Its what saved me from being taken advantage of. And they don't pay their debts. They still owe me almost 2000$. Well, the managers do. They won't tell anyone who actually owns the place.
