Sleepy Sheep Mobile Home Park Reviews
The drive into Sleepy Sheep was really rough and had gulleys that were bad. The park itself was nice. They had a trailer we were interested in. However they wanted first and last month rent as well as a deposit. Then you have power to get turned on. That's $2000 + to get moved in. Kind of pricey to me. Can see first and last month rent. But a deposit too !!!
Jul 21, 2021 · Shirley June Carter (Junebug)Most atrocious location. Road an absolute mess. Landlord is an awful excuse for a human.... not only disregarding basic building and safety codes, but committing a gross misuse of the judicial system by attempting to evict and collect damages through civil court using false allegations... harassment....and fear tactics to break down tenants that don't abide by his completely unethical set of parameters.
