Skyview Terrace Manufactured Home Community Reviews
I would not recommend moving into this trailer park. It used to be a wonderful place to live with affordable housing. Due to new management all of the residents lost there rights and freedom. It’s a prison. Your better off waiting for the apartments across the street to come up

Jun 09, 2025 · Ral LouPotholes everywhere. Lot rent is over $700 just to rent a piece of land that isn’t even yours—and it’s fully controlled by the park. The trees are overgrown, and with any strong wind or storm, you might wake up with a tree crashing down on your mobile home. Branches are already resting on roofs, causing damage. They don’t care. Run!

Jun 07, 2025 · Humberto OrozcoDO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Lot rent is disgustingly high. They have a park full of dilapidated mobile homes, most not even meeting HUD standards but they somehow feel $700+ a month is appropriate lot rent or that it's ok to pay $750 for a mobile home and list it for $25k. They are also forcing residents out by threatening eviction for not complying with extremely costly, superficial, outdoor renovations. SEE TMJ4 STORY! There's a beautiful mobile home park in Waterford where rent is substantially cheaper, the homes and community are in amazing shape AND they take care of all lawn/snow maintenance so why does this crappy park think they deserve these fees?? They don't even get snow plows here in time for people to get their kids to school or go to work! It's even worse since RHP took over. You wait days for responses from management about issues or you have to try to explain issues to a call center with employees that don't speak or understand English. Their online pay platform takes days to process so even if you pay your rent on time, they'll be leaving notices on your door that you didn't pay. Management is a group of condescending, passive aggressive, control freaks. They act like we have an HOA but we don't get a single benefit of one. They spent a fortune on unnecessary signage yet they can't repave the drive or even properly repair HUGE potholes. Oh and be prepared for your delivery items and grocery orders to be stolen by the wonderful community members. This community could be really nice if RHP weren't greedy slumlords and invested just a tiny fraction back into the park but instead here I am, stuck in the ghetto of East Troy.

Jun 09, 2025 · Reef JacobsPot holes everywhere, Unhinged management, lot rent goes up yearly & over priced. Seems like they are trying to force everyone out with all the rules they force on us. No relaxing, always on edge here. If you plan to move here and relax it won't happen. They run this place like a HOA.. The management will lie to your face.
Jun 06, 2025 · Michael B.Update 6/5/25RHP who owns Skyveiw terrace has office hours that say 9-5 and when you call the number and speak to the live person who answers they say the hours are 8-5 but that is false. Currently the property manager is writing people up and only give a certain amount of time to make the changes or speak to smashley ( the girl who works there) about said changes. How are you to do that if they aren't open during business hours and if you call RHP they are not open either! It's ridiculous to write people up and then not be in office or have a number to actually speak to someone that works there. RHP as a company has terrible reviews and I have been reminded time and time again that this is a terrible company. Just wanted to update my review.Terrible service from RHP who want you to pay online for rent but don't give you the information to do so. Person who answers the phone barely speaks English and tells you RHP will contact you when they have time. There is never anyone at the office because there is always new staff.
