Sherwood Forest MHC Reviews
Nice & quiet place to live and call home. ****************************** That was 2 years ago. It used to be a nice quiet place... not anymore. It is going downhill rapidly. It's creepy/dark at nite time. They don't make the owners keep their property/mobile clean. No wonder why they have alot of empty mobiles from ppl moving out. This is the worst I've ever seen it n the last 40 years. But of course they keep raising the lot rent, every year for the last 5 years that we've lived here. Go somewhere else n buy a mobile home you will be better off(Olwine's is really nice). I wish we could sell our mobile n move there(rather have a piece of property). But we have put so much money in upgrading our mobile we probably won't get our money back. But one day we will be outta here!!! Have a great day, ty for reading my review 😊
Mar 25, 2025 · Sharon GrimesIt is a lot cleaner than the other mobile home parks. A lot of people hav lived her for years. Forced slowed speed. Nice design & people seemed proud of their yards & homes (lots of flowers, clean porches, quiet a few double wides, some have larger lots,). Manager has security cameras up.They have done some park landscaping changes in the last 3 months… Looking pretty good!!!Negative side: well water. If you don’t like it a water softener MUST be bought. Talk to your neighbors before you buy (you can’t fix stupid and sometimes neighbors are stupid).
Aug 26, 2022 · CrystalsAwakeDreamsAs someone who has lived here for a few years, this place definitely needs some work. My biggest issue with the park is the very nasty well water and the 3rd party company who charges you for it, Universal Utilities. Look at their reviews also! Seriously stay away from that company! We get boil advisories at least twice a year and the different managers are almost as frequent. Drug activity, sheriff's are here often also with ambulance. There definitely are some good people here who take care of their things but its a cheap place to live for a reason. Will be moving asap.
Sep 29, 2022 · Virginia DalrympleI'm not sure how to rate a trailer park. My grandparents live there. Lots of action always going on. Police in and out, ambulances in and out. Some trailers are not well maintained. There are good people that love out there. They are just hidden by the junk.As for management, they have never had any issues. People just think they can do as they please and get upset when they are told no. Unfortunately they don't understand that while they may own the trailer, they rent the land it sits on.
Aug 29, 2018 · Warren DavidsonIt is a very nice clean well kept place. The people are friendly, and helpful. The park manager answered all my questions and gave me more information about the park that was very informative. I would highly recommend this park.
