Beware, this place is nothing but a scam.... Extremely overpriced for crap mobile homes. Shitty roads throughout the park with pot holes so big now because each year they never get tended to. Management seems to turn a blind eye when they get any complaints regarding these things , yet they don't hesitate to write you up on just about anything with a ridiculous turnaround time to resolve the issue before your fined!! Management is very unfriendly and will not respond to your calls or requests unless it favors them. All they care about is money, money, money.They will not hesitate to start an eviction notice if you're more than 2 days late on your rent. We've been here a few years now, and it used to be a nice quiet safe place to live . It's now ridiculously loud, busy and full of trouble- makers..Lots of kids roaming the streets here late at night , destroying property and stealing anything they can get their hands on , yet the office does nothing about it ever..If you have a noisy neighbor, too bad because the manager Rock or the office will never help you with that. They say it's not the responsibility to call the cops.So fair warning...if you're going to pay $1,300 a month plus water ( smelly crappy well water that no one can drink) I suggest you choose another place... We literally can't wait to move out of here!

The community manager Rock was amazing and very helpful and sympathetic to my situation when I had no one else to help me. He truly cared about the people in this community and tried to help as much as he could for anyone. I am blessed I found this place when I did and found Rock to help me. The place has a pool, basketball court and playground and lots of kids and families. It's awful how many people are commenting badly, every place has its issues, no place or person is perfect. And you can't blame one person for all your issues! Management and maintenance can only do what they are allowed! I'm sad that Rock is gone and frankly, afraid of who is going to come in and take over.

Car issues and hot water heater both having problems at the same time right when the house payment and lot rent are both due. This is a choose between food or rent kind of month.My husband called up there to basically ask what's the latest we could pay without incuring more fees or being sent to court. She was very non judgemental and didn't have a trace of attitude. She literally said "things happen" we've lived here 3 years and never had an issue with the office. Thank you guys so much for being nice and understanding when people are struggling. It's so hard out here for people right now. My husband works 18 hr shifts to get by and normally we're pretty ok. It's nice to know that when we're not they still value us as people and not commodities they just dump on the curb. The entire office deserves praise.

Mar 29, 2025 · Mindy TrudellAll I have to say is be sure to get a third party inspection if you're going to buy anything from them because they're 100% going to rip you off And it's also quite obvious if you do not stay on their good side, they will be on the most petty of levels including skipping your street with salt after a snowstorm.. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you have literally nowhere else to go and even then only rent the new stuff so you're not liable for anything. If I could post pictures I would. Just be wary and make sure you do not wrong here or at least let them do as they wish to you without speaking up I could go way into detail but there's no point whoever they have due restorations absolutely just does cosmetic cover-ups... Also, I promise you you want to hire a third party inspector to look at everything from plumbing to the heating elements and all the work underneath.... Everything that you cannot see, I promise you you need to pay for someone else to look at it... You will regret getting a mortgage on something here also roads are terrible, pretty dark in here at night .. major stray cat problems. People drive super fast despite it being 15 mph. They let their grass grow ridiculously long and leave cuttings all over the sidewalks and built up all over the empty lots... At least they did last year but I don't have faith about anything changing here.
