Management and most of the tenants are respectful. The manager is easy to get ahold of and his maintenance crew is responsive to tenant's reasonable needs. It's quiet and a safe place to raise a family. It's close to town which is nice if you choose to walk or bicycle to get around. It's a nice place to live.

I have a Grand Prix and even when I creep over specifically 3 of the speed bumps I can never almost never not bottom out also in the manager's office they falsely advertise that there is a park for children to play in here and there is not there is nowhere for children to play safely also there is no storm shelter in the trailer park you have to let walk a very very long way across the street and through a large parking lot to get to the church where we are supposed to go for shelter and it is not even a storm shelter
