The occasional police activity but no more than what you see in the "nice" neighborhoods of Clovis. Neighbors keep to themselves but are friendly. I use to see shady people cutting through to hop the fence to the shopping center but that seems to have decreased significantly. Only complaint is the current manager. He is a drunk, reeks of alcohol when he comes to nag you about something trivial. He needs to be replaced immediately.

It is like any of the trailer park, some of them are brand new, some of them are remodeled, some of them are very old, and some of them are big or small. They have good management and it is actually very localized so very good.
