There has been over charges that make no sense, we talked to her about it and she admitted she was to blame due to paper work she’s behind on, yet there has been no change in the last 4 months. I would NOT recommend this place at all!!!!

Over $400 of rent not including utilities and they still want to charge another $100 for yard maintenance when no one actually has green yard space. Unless you call a mud pit yard maintenance. Do not move here they are just taking your money.
