She gave the required three day notice and the next received an eviction notice with one day to get out or be fined $400. 4 out of 5 units are abandoned, upkeep is nonexistent I would not want to be there after dark. I dont know what happened it used to be a nice place, but no longer.
Oct 29, 2019 · Kyle BeelerThis place is a joke. Told the landlord about things that needed to be fixed or I wasn't going to pay rent and he told me to just move. They even took me to court saying that I didn't pay rent for months that I did. Is it my fault that he doesn't know how to use his computer? I have holes in the floor that if you step there, you're gonna fall through. The air ducts have holes in them to the point that the leaking pipes run into the ducts. The AC hasn't worked since it started getting hot because it crapped out. There are no screens on the windows, so you can't open them unless you want cracky Chan climbing through them and stealing all of your stuff. My best advice is to stay away from this place. I hope someone sees this and condemns the entire property.

He said the mobile home is at least the year 2000 model but it looked way older and not taken care of at all inside nor outside. And is asking too much for rent and down payment for a crappy mobile home like that.
