Love having a place at Shady Grove MHP! They have a couple NEW mobile homes on lot for sale. You buy the home and rent the lot. It’s next to KOA but separate from that and for 55 & older. It’s not private, quiet, and near the beach. Most everyone has a golf cart to ride to beach and more! Best known secret to have my little place!! ❤️🏝️🏖️

You are only 4 blocks to the beach. There are miniature golf courses, shops, stores, and restaurants within walking distance of the park. The community is pet friendly. This community is 1 block away from Route 17 business & 1.5 miles to the Boardwalk.
