Located with excellent access to major interstate routes, this park aims to provide a welcoming environment with a variety of features to enhance your RV experience.
Shady Acres RV Park is designed to cater to the modern RVer, understanding the need for reliable hookups, essential amenities, and a strategic location. For Georgians and those traveling through our state, finding an RV park that balances accessibility with comprehensive services is crucial. Shady Acres RV Park aims to meet these needs, offering competitive rates for both nightly and extended stays. Let's delve into the details that make this Unadilla, Georgia RV park a notable option for your next adventure.
Shady Acres RV Park boasts an extremely accessible location, making it an ideal stop for those traveling along one of Georgia's busiest interstates. You'll find the park conveniently located at 2450 Arena Rd, Unadilla, GA 31091, USA. Its most significant geographical advantage is its proximity to Interstate 75 – it's located "hundred feet from I-75," which means incredibly easy "in and easy out" access for all sizes of RVs.
This direct interstate access is a huge plus for travelers, allowing for quick transitions from the highway to your campsite, minimizing driving time and maximizing relaxation. While its immediate vicinity to the interstate might mean some ambient road noise, the trade-off is unparalleled convenience for cross-state journeys or those simply needing a quick overnight rest.
Despite being so close to a major thoroughfare, the park is situated in Unadilla, a smaller community in rural Georgia. This offers a different experience than city-based RV parks, potentially providing a more relaxed atmosphere once you're settled into your site. While a reviewer mentioned a lack of grocery stores within 20 miles, this highlights its rural setting. However, it’s worth noting that being directly off I-75 means larger towns with more services, like Perry or Cordele, are typically a short drive away, allowing for supply runs when needed. The park's visibility and clear entrance marking are also beneficial, making it easier to find, especially for late-night arrivals.

Shady acres rv park Reviews
Hundred feet from I 75 . 15 lb. Waterpresure. Spaces not level. THEY NEED MAINTENANCE. OTA HAS NO SIGNAL. No grocery stores within 20 miles. On site laundry.$ NO site guidance. Treasure hunt for sewer connection. Sites are staggered.
Nov 08, 2022 · Mike FayIt’s beautiful. And amazing amenities.But. Little rundown. And! There is no simple 120V plug and that’s what my lil’ teardrop needs. But also noone to call. Fortunately it wasn’t busy. So I ended up parking close to the bathrooms to run my extension cords but this added a major inconvenience and 2 extra hrs to my usual 40 min setup. Also some behives around, be aware!
Jul 03, 2024 · Zsofia InhauzerDave is doing a great job updating and reinventing this park. Great for snowbirds. Those working in the area. Plus, this is a park for everyone. No matter who you are Shady Acres is the place to be! My nephew's are interracial so this park fits our needs. Plus I look forward to riding horses at the huge horse farm next door.
Aug 05, 2022 · A BThis is an awesome small park! Manager is so nice thats is the main reason for wanting to rent here. Hopefully my review doesn't sell the place out before I rent a lot here but I couldn't wait to post it because I don't run across many people that aren't greedy and so nice I had to post it.
