This community provides an alternative housing option—primarily the lease of land lots for manufactured and mobile homes—that often comes with a lower monthly overhead compared to traditional apartment rentals or site-built homes in the competitive 80904 zip code. The nature of mobile home parks means residents typically own their home while renting the space it occupies, fostering a blend of homeownership pride and shared community resources.
What stands out about Shadow Mountain Mobile Home Pk, according to multiple long-term residents, is the atmosphere it cultivates. It is consistently described as a **nice, clean, and quiet little place that is tucked back and away**. The community operates on a clear set of rules and regulations, which, when followed, contribute to a peaceful living environment. Residents highlight that the management is generally favorable to those who are good tenants, pay their rent on time, and adhere to the posted guidelines. This commitment to maintaining community standards is viewed by residents as key to its enduring appeal and tranquility, sometimes even leading to the removal of disruptive tenants to preserve the peace.
Established around 1955, the park itself suggests an older, more established residential community. While information is specific to the lot and not necessarily the homes within it, a property of this type often caters to individuals and small families seeking functional, low-maintenance housing with a stable address in a highly desirable Colorado location.

Services Offered (Community Management and Land Lease)
Shadow Mountain Mobile Home Pk is classified solely as a Mobile Home Park. The core service provided to residents revolves around the lease of the land lot where their manufactured home is situated. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been loving here going on 3 months and have had no problems with anyone. I love my little trailer and my little dog loves our yard. All rules and regulations are posted for everyone to read easily. My landlord is a wonderful person and has been easy to deal with. Jim (landlord for trailer) even worked with me on my deposit! Its a nice, clean and quiet little place that is tucked back and away. Couldn't be happier! Thanks Jim
September 01 · TeeI've lived here for 9 years. If you are good to the owners, pay your rent, and follow the rules he is good to you. I've never had an issue here other than from some bad tenants from time to time...until they get kicked out. Then it's back to being quiet and peaceful
April 01 · Scott ColletteDespicable ownership. Predatory business practices on sales. Sewer leaks all around and unresolved landlord responsibilities. Multiple felonies committed. After a possible eviction and subsequent sale of mobile home the park owner tried to extort $2000 cash to allow a sale he had already approved with new tenant. Beware!
February 21 · Mark KnostYou don't want to live here. I had a neighbor who played nice, but was actually a lier and snitch to the crooked landlord who was a thief. As in threatening me after I fell on his property because of him. I am still in pain to this day. Truthfully, it shouldn't get any stars. The plumbing in the ground is often backed up and causes a horrible smell. Unless you buy outright you're stuck as chuck. Lot rent goes up yearly with NO IMPROVEMENTS.
June 19 · Deborah BohneThis place is truly shady. The man who owns the park is incredibly creepy and Is incredibly harassing to tenants. They refuse to recognize a federally trained service animal, still charging a deposit. They fail to tell you that the entire park is built on a dump so there are massive sugar ant infestations They do nothing about. They pick and choose which tenants to harrass, often times targeting single women where as the guybthat deal drugs is allowed to stay. It truly is a weird and dark place to live and I would avoid at all cost
