Scenic Drive RV Park and Campground Reviews
We're so happy we found this site. Christina the host was extremely helpful. Max, the owner was friendly and nice. Grounds are kept very neat. Bathrooms are very, very clean including showers. Close to the interstate and having the grounds surrounded by trees kept the noise down. Will definitely be parking here again.
May 29, 2025 · Shyanne FantThe owner was very polite and the bath house was clean but the host he has was terrible and very rude. She told me at 4 in the afternoon I had to make my dog stop barking because they had day sleepers, when it clearly says quite time is 10pm-8am. She also got very rude with me and several other campers about a bird in the middle of a campsite that had orange cones on both sides of it because our children were playing like children do and there football went near the cone and they went and got it and it scared the bird. She definitely has no manners and has no idea what southern hospitality is. It is very unfortunate for the owner that he will have many people never return to this campground.
Jun 23, 2025 · Octavia BarnettQuiet other than the highway noise. Owners are helpful and super nice. Laundry area is clean and not overpriced ( only issue is folks leaving clothes in machines for over an hour after finishing, then getted upset when I put them in their basket) The only request I would have is that the owners choose someone eles to be the " host". 5 minutes after knocks on my door, she made leaf rings around dog poop and blames me for not picking up after my dog, so I follow her out and tell her one pile might be mine but the others I picked up most definitely were NOT. While outside and on daily walks, I noticed NO ONE picks up poop, and around my rental camper is piles of cat poop, then another day she knocks to inform me that it is going to freeze soon, my hose isn't heated, none of her business unless we break the camp spigot. I wouldn't recommend staying due to constantly being watched. Owners are super!
Feb 13, 2025 · Sandy WhiteOnly overnighter for us. Great location. Very convenient to I-20 though not very noisy due to the campground being surrounded by trees. Esay on/off. Drive through. FHU. Great price. Bathrooms clean. Owners very friendly.
May 18, 2025 · Susanne BoatwrightIf you looking for a quiet place to stay short or long term I recommended this place ,We had few bumps here and there but it wasn't nothing serious that couldn't be iron out .The owner Max is super nice ,very understandable and fair and will help you in any way he can. it has clean showers ,and laundry room,Grass is cut every two weeks on time ,,WiFi is good and wide lots,However the host of the park is ok but seems to have problems with dogs but she is helpful when can be and it's dog friendly .Maybe recommend a second host to help out.,but if we come thru the area again, which we will ,I'll definitely give it another night or two..Owner just down to earth and will accept old or new campers as long it look decent ,and you can see the stars at night there .Right off the interstate no noise and close to major stores ..
