Santiago Creekside Estates Reviews
Property management has gotten worse over the years. Neighbors are decent, but water gets turned off frequently, electricity is off for hours, poor management and communication are the worst. Intercom toenter promises are usually broken and gates malfunctioning.Recently there is a parking menace who will put parking warnings even though you're a visitor and cannot meet her ridiculous office hours of 9-2pm. If people didn't come to visit because of parking always being full, now they will not even show up to avoid the new manager who lacks customer service skills and common sense. Worst of all, she will stare you down and be as nosy as one can be to even follow you to where you are going and take photos of you without your consent. Never in my life had I seen something like this.
May 23, 2025 · Yesenia AnguianoIf I could give this place half a star I would. Management here SUCKS, the water gets turned off multiple times a year, the power goes off multiple times a year, the plumbing is horrible, human facies and pee in the streets due to horrible plumbing. Stray cats mating all over the park, flea & rat infested. The parking is a joke, if you have a guest come stay over and park in GUEST parking they will still issue a warning on their car to tow. The front gate is always left open for random people to just walk in, very unsafe. Laundry area is disgusting. This park used to be maintained and comfortable for its tenants but it seems like all they care about is taking peoples money and not reinvesting it into the property. They like to put bandaid on things instead of replacing them. DO NOT LIVE HERE
May 15, 2025 · ColbdogManagement needs to start towing people who live here are parked in guest parking! Instead towing the actual visitors! Management is just lazy does do anything about parking! This wasn’t a problem before until new management came in! There are vehicles parked in guest parking haven’t been moved in months! This not ok!
Apr 08, 2025 · Tony GarciaThe parking here is horrendous can’t have visitors over because everyone is always taking up the parking on the daily just rotating cars even at the club house no one respects people when they’re trying to throw a party for loved ones can’t have people park on the side because the tow truck comes and takes the vechiles they towed a real estate agents car for god sake they need to really need to start implementing the visitor sticker on the windshield or atleast have some passes for people when they’re trying throw parties so if anyone is taking up a space without a sticker they can politely move or get towed also some 1x a month yard sales would be nice sometimes I see furniture outside and it stays out there if we had a 1x a month yard sale I bet people outside the park would gladly take it help keep the park clean all that being said the 2 stars is on the condition the park is in rn most neighbors are cool and respectful a couple dicks out there but hey what neighborhood doesn’t have them since I’m at some WiFi at the club house would be nice imagine having a cookout watching some boxing or MMA fight ppv just saying 🤷🏽♂️

Tow truck came as we were cutting the cakeWhen I spoke to her she said she couldn’t do anything about how about not let people who live here park in guest parking! Fix the problem! Instead she said to do what everyone does and try to get parking in guest parking when we all work we need our vehicles! I have plenty of pics and letters! The manager still doesn’t do anything about it! She mentions she can’t tow anyone unless 72 hours have past! But that’s not true we seen many vehicles have been the same spot past 72 hours! Management needs to fix this issue it was never this bad! I hope something is done soon!Old post: For starters there’s never guests parking! The clubhouse and pool is open until 7 but sometimes they close at 6 that’s just so unfair in my opinion! They always power issues during the summer at least 3 times out the summer you will have no power! For a couple of hours if not all day! They also cut down your water at least once a month without a notice! And make sure everything inside with locks you will get your bikes stolenThe office is never openAll mangers always say they’re temporary and they don’t helpYou will also pay the street sweeper it’s been over year and haven’t cameCO’s friendly neighborsSmall park for kids!
