I was there for several months but had to move for work. It's a really nice place. The spaces are big. Everyone is really nice and will help if you need something. Tess is a great manager! She's always upbeat and in a great mood. She's always willing to help or find someone who can help. I definitely will go back if I'm ever back in the area.

Our family of four moved into our space December of 2022 and remained through March of 2024. How time flew by.Sandev Mobile Home Park is by far the cleanest and most spacious park in the entire San Francisco Bay Area. The management team (Tess/Property Manager and Robert/Maintenance Manager) were real sweethearts. From Tess’ loving spirit and heart felt attention to detail found in the decor all around the park, to Robert’s mindfulness for safety and security and his generous acts of kindness. Robert often shared the spoils produced by his garden with my family and many other neighbors.In the three years of our travel nurse journey with our little family, the time spent at Sandev will always be the most memorable. Our thoughtful neighbors, our cozy space as well as Tess and Robert made this a beautiful experience that our children will always cherish. Thank you all.

The manager Tessie does a great job at keeping the park clean and she is always available for any questions. My husband and I have lived here for the past 3 years and we really enjoyed our time. The manager Tess is a wonderful professional host and keeps the park decorated, clean and peaceful. If I wasn't on a work assignment from out of town, I would make Sandev my permanent residence. I tried to get into this mobile home park before Tess was hired and it was impossible to communicate with anyone, office always closed, no returns calls or emails. Within a week under new management with Tess, I was able to get in with no problems. Tess has excellent customer service skills. After 7 months I was sad I had to leave such a peaceful and beautiful park. Thanks Tess for everything!!

Tess is the new manager and she is very professional and has awesome customer service. The park is clean and well cared for. The owner found the best person to manage the park, I would recommend staying there even for just a night. The Spaces are large and you have enough room to park your RV and 2 Vehicles. The location is safe and there is a store and restaurants within walking distance. The Bay is also within walking distance. This is a pet friendly park. I was sorry to have to leave. I just hope the new park in SoCAL is just as good. It will be hard to beat.
