I live here. The management is HORRIBLE. The streets flood and the blacktop is all cracked and dangerous. It was originally put down in1972 and blacktop has a life of about 15 years. They are clueless about tenants' right and will walk all over you. DO NOT BUY IN THIS MOBILE HOME PARK!!!!!!!!! The rents have become outrageous even with rent control. It's awful here. The pool is a mess -- all cracks in the spas that have sharp edges. I wish I lived somewhere else. They are now allowing people to live in rent out their storage sheds to homeless people and when informed they do nothing about it. My mail and things from my porch get taken all the time. This place is the pits!

Paul is extremely kind, polite, punctual, and thorough. Sometimes it’s hard to find friendly and hard working people in this area, but that is exactly what he is. He explains in detail what his process is and spent many hours cleaning for us! He had to climb up on our roof to power wash our solar panels and even wore protective shoe covers and laid down blankets to abide by my “no shoe in the house” policy! (I didn’t even ask him to by the way he just did this when he came and I was so happy.) When he was done, the panels were glistening like they were brand new. Our sidewalk also looked like it had just been paved! We will definitely be using his services again. 10/10 recommend 😊

Nice retirement community. I do agree with one comment however. There should be 24 hour guard service at the entrance or perhaps a gate with keypad for entrance.
