Russell Mobile Home Park Reviews
I lived here back in 2017 before my dad passed away.. Sadly I haven't set foot on the property since it happened but I am currently looking for a new place to live and is willing to work with me and is willing to let me have my animals. I actually liked living here but I also disliked the constant management change but again I am willing to try for a 3 bedroom for rent.
Oct 23, 2022 · Ariel LangstonIt has been since October 28 2021 that i asked for my money back from Janet the park manager. I called on November 20 2021 and she hadnt even filled the paperwork out yet. Now i changed my mind about a trailer i was going to buy there. But i had a slimey apartment manager before i went to buy this trailer. He wanted to get me out because i said no to extracurricular activities he wanted. So June 28th when i fell at work and was off for 2 months he was able to evict me. Janet was so unprofessional about hearing his lies that she told the person i was buying the trailer from and caused a big mess. The pics on the website were taken years ago and i mean years ago. The park is so ran down and trashy its awful.Im still waiting for my $300 and no one answers the phone. My advice ...dont go here unless your desperate.
Dec 10, 2021 · Sandy PhillipsI can promise you, you do not own my trailer at all. I have the title not you. So think again. And if you pay attention to your records you would k ow my lot rent is never late. And i bet i could call roto rooter and get documentation that they have been to my address several times in the last 2-3 years. But i will call the EPA next time. And thats why there are police reports on your manager to back up all that i say.
Mar 14, 2019 · Dustin BrassManagement is a joke... They are never there ... They only help the few tenants are left they actually like .. so yourself a favor and stay away... They are slowly raising prices and just trying to get everyone out ... Not a good place to raise kids at all
Mar 07, 2024 · Skylar JonesI have lived here for 2 years & it's a nice place but I'm so sick of the changing managers and selling the place without letting the residents know anything. When it is in their lease they will contact you with any changes and they never do... They want you to stand on your side of the lease but they don't follow their rules
