Constantly oversteps her legal parameters and will refuse to provide contact info for her boss to complain about her disgusting behavior. She "patrols" and will take advantage of the personal contact info provided when you apply to harass you about things in your yard that are none of her business and does not give her legally mandated 24 hours notice in writing required to come onto the property to look for things to complain about. If she did her actual job she'd have less time to harass residents about their own business. Do not live here while she is still the manager.
