★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- The manager there is one of the rudest and disrespectful humans I have ever come into contact with that plays that big of a role over a community. I have been here on multiple occasions visiting friends and, most of the time, haven't even seen the manager. I go in there with respect, follow the rules that I am aware of, and being kind to those I interact with. Many of my friends have told me the disrespect the manager has shown them but I never really interacted with them until one day, out of the blue, the manager verbally attacked me, physically hit my vehicle with something, and told me I couldn't be there. I tried to explain that I was visiting residents thag live there, but the manager would not listen or be quiet long enough for me to communicate a response. The first interaction with this person was extremely hostile and left me confused and hurt. I did not deserve to be treated this way as I know I did nothing to the manager. As a matter of fact, I did not even know who they were, why they were accosting me, or what right they even had to make me leave. They literally came at me extremely aggressively as if they were going to fight me physically. I have been back Many times since, and only have had 1 or 2 more run ins with them and every time was as bad, if not worse than the first time. Luckily, the residents that I know and visit there have assured me I am welcome and that is simply thw way that manager is. I assume the manager had me confused with someone else or did not have the full story of whatever it was they were furious with me about. I forgive them, because as humans, we all make mistakes, I am no better than they are and to be honest, have been worse at times. I just didn't do it while on the clock, but again, it doesn't make me better than they are. I pray for this person to have a change of heart and hopefully be adult enough one day to attempt to communicate with me with mutual respect so that we both can have closure and move forward in a positive direction. - My family and I just spent the last year living here and we would definitely come back if we are ever out that way again. Nancy is very nice and almost always available to answer questions or help in any way you need. They keep the roads clean and free of constantly falling debris and over all it was a very quiet place I felt comfortable with my son. We also had awesome neighbors on both sides of us. The heated pool was another great bonus! We have stayed in RV parks all over the country and this was one of the best. October 14 · Zoe Nissen
- Stinky sump smell kinda gads ya, bunch of old trailers with nosey neighbors and public restrooms are closed !!@@! September 05 · dean -amorim
- Managment here is great. The reason for only 4 stars is that there are a few sites with the ground breaking up on the site itself, likely due to tree roots or maybe that some of the sites experiencing this are positioned on or near the downward slope leading to the back end of the park. This could make leveling / stabilizing your coach a bit more difficult. We did run into a problem with the sewer line. The previous occupants did not put the cover on when they left, and some debris had clogged it up prior to us hooking up.Service + response time was pretty impressive. Within an hour of emailing the site manager, a service crew came out and already had the problem resolved.Aside from this, everything else has met or surpassed our expectations.Friendly people, and it is relatively quiet for the most part, given the location. Close to the airport and freeway access is right around the corner. Everything seems to be within 5-10mins drive. May 13 · Jonathan Good
- I love visiting my family and seeing the jets fly overhead. It's a really nice RV park. May 08 · Sherri adams
