Apr 08, 2025 · Rachel ButlerI would leave zero stars if I could, this park is a joke they want to dictate everything you do and worry about things that are silly but overlook literally homeless people in the park, people stealing, random people going through your trash at 2 in the morning. There are police in and out of this place nonstop because of the drug trafficking problem. They run this place like a prison but have a blind eye to the trailers that are falling apart and are a hazard. This place has 2 and 3 year olds running around with no shoes on without supervision. Ive lived here for almost two years and have had nothing and I mean NOTHING but troubles even though the lot rent has been paid on time every single month, our yard is perfectly mowed and kept clean, we never have trash anywhere and own THE nicest trailer in the park (not the point of the post or trying to brag) they pin pointed us out and used every ounce of their "power" to violate us for honestly the dumbest stuff. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP.

Its a little city an a little country with plenty of things to do. The Rolling Acres Trailer Park is not bad it could use a owner who cared more about its upkeep but its not a bad place to live.
