Rivers Edge RV Park Reviews
It was a great place earlier last year. It's located on beautiful river-front & centrally-located. New management began allowing loud music, speeders, overflowing dumpsters, trashy add-ons & temporary structures. They removed standards for the age and condition of RV's.I had to leave due to a massive cockroach infestation that was rapidly spreading and they started over-charging on elctricity. I'd expect J & H Management to reply & dispute or discredit my review, but that was my experience at River's Edge. Going there is not worth it until they clean up.Plus there's no WiFi.
Jan 31, 2021 · K CainI stay here when working in the area, the manager Eileen is the best! Great place to stay
Mar 15, 2024 · Noel SambranaThe place I call home. Quiet, cozy, and in the middle of just about anywhere needed. Beautiful Sacramento River view.
May 09, 2018 · Scott brand JrThe owner was very nice and informative. Good place to stay if you're visiting the sulfur pits and Lassen Valcanic National Park. The area is a bit noisy due to the road... We heard many first responder sirens. There are homeless people in the area so we were told to lock up our bikes at night, but that's been pretty par for course of what we have experienced in this area of the US. Lots of older RVs in this park as it seems to cater more to full time, or contract workers. Over all it was not a bad place to stay. However it was hard to get in and out of the park with a 3500 dually long bed and a 44' 5th wheel.
Dec 02, 2023 · Katie CarterThis is a diamond in the rough and I mean that respectively as Gilmore Rd has it's history of up and down and it's really a funny area with trailer parks and run down apartment complexs on one side then you have the road Howell to the right with it's huge beautiful pictures purfect river front homes you can look at from the city part in awe at. But this part is on that river front side and it's just within the last few years really got some decent managers and they deserve a good review because they have done a lot with little park and brought out it's shine and it's now a nice little quiet community of nice and newer RVs. I have a few friends who live there and they have no real complaints other than the PG can really get kinda high from month to month and they have to watch the amount of electricity they consume, and management can be kinda be intrusive especially if your coming in to see someone and your on a bike. But that's what it takes to keep up a clean and serene little local park so be it. Keep up the shine!!
