★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I lived here in 2012 to 14. It wasn't a bad place to live, I was in my property all the time and my son played around my area. I didn't get into anyone business so I didn't found it difficult to live, I can live there again if it is necessary, now the management back then was really bad to deal with. I bought my trailer so I moved out renting it but the people stop paying the floor after they sign with the office and they were charging me, after a while they ask for the title (selling back to them the trailer) and they will clear that 1 year debt and I agree. Years later that debt, shows up in my credit and the office did nothing to clear it cause they didn't have the file. That was more than irresponsible to my knowledge, how come they doesn't have files from previous management regarding the park? Besides that, I liked the park.
March 18 · Zulma E AyalaThe place is a dump. Infested with rat's. Trailers are very run down. There is garbage everywhere. The pool is closed most of the time because of fecal matter (yes, someone taking a chet in the pool) in the pool. Then there's a problem with the sewage drainage. The pipes are so old that it's constantly getting backed up.
November 28 · AnthonyIt's pretty bad honestly. The trailers are run down to Hell. The "community pool" was open for only a couple days during the whole year I lived there. They raised lot rent without any warning. Complained about ANY LITTLE thing that was outside, even though every other lot had literal garbage outside if their homes. I was told by someone that some people pour water or rocks into the gas tanks that they can get into. Just a week before I moved out, there was some type of crime that required police tape in between 4 trailers. Not a safe environment for kids to live in.
February 15 · Rossia MaggiaJust came through and this is the most rundown horribly managed place I've ever seen in Florida I don't think the yards have been mowed in months every single trailer but maybe one or two is falling apart not a single trailer has central air they've all got window air conditioning so that means it's been no maintenance done on any of these trailers in years The board of health needs to take a look at this place
