Resort Parks International Llc Introduce
For many Californians, the lure of the open road and the freedom of an RV adventure are deeply ingrained. Whether you're a seasoned RVer or just beginning to explore the possibilities of recreational vehicle travel, understanding the options available for comfortable and convenient stays is key to maximizing your experience. In the heart of Southern California, specifically Signal Hill, you'll find Resort Parks International LLC, a company that facilitates access to a vast network of RV resorts and campgrounds across North America. While not a physical RV park itself, Resort Parks International (RPI) plays a crucial role in the RV community by offering membership-based access to numerous affiliated resorts, making it a valuable resource for local RV enthusiasts looking to broaden their horizons.
Resort Parks International operates as a reciprocal camping program, which means that through their membership, you gain access to a wide array of private RV resorts that partner with RPI. This model is designed to provide members with more vacation options and potentially more affordable stays at high-quality resorts. For residents of California, this can mean anything from a weekend getaway to a longer road trip, knowing that there's a network of welcoming RV parks ready to accommodate them. It’s about unlocking a world of travel opportunities right from your doorstep in the Golden State.
While Resort Parks International itself isn't a campground you can simply drive up to and park your RV, its strategic location in Signal Hill, California, positions it as a central hub for their operations and member services in the region. Signal Hill is a city known for its unique geographic position, offering panoramic views of the surrounding Long Beach area and beyond.
The address for Resort Parks International LLC is 2901 Cherry Ave, Signal Hill, CA 90755, USA. This location makes it easily accessible for those in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Its proximity to major freeways allows for convenient travel for members who might be visiting their office for inquiries or to learn more about their membership benefits. While you won't be setting up your RV here, this is where the administrative heart of the operation beats, serving as a point of contact for their extensive network.
Resort Parks International, as a membership program, provides a gateway to a variety of services offered at their affiliated RV resorts, rather than directly providing services on-site at their Signal Hill office. These services are designed to enhance the RV camping experience for their members.
Services offered through Resort Parks International membership often include access to:
- Full hookup RV sites: Typically including electricity (20, 30, or 50 amp), water, and sewer connections for maximum convenience.
- Various site types: From back-in to pull-through sites, accommodating different RV sizes and preferences.
- Cabin rentals: For members who may not own an RV or want to experience a different kind of stay.
- Advance reservation capabilities: Allowing members to book their desired spots well in advance, crucial for popular destinations.
- Park-to-park access: Enabling members to move seamlessly between different affiliated resorts within a certain timeframe.
- Family-friendly amenities: Many affiliated resorts offer amenities catering to all ages, from playgrounds to planned activities.
- Pet-friendly accommodations: Many RV parks within their network welcome pets, often with designated pet areas.
- Customer service and support: While some customer reviews mention challenges, the intention is to provide support for reservation and membership inquiries.
The highlights of a Resort Parks International membership lie in the extensive access it provides to a diverse range of RV resorts, rather than features specific to their Signal Hill office. These highlights aim to enrich the RV lifestyle for their members:
- Expansive Network: Access to hundreds of top-rated private RV resorts across North America, offering a vast selection of destinations from coastal getaways to mountain retreats.
- Flexibility in Travel: The ability to explore various regions and types of environments, adapting to different vacation preferences throughout the year.
- Potential Cost Savings: For frequent RVers, a membership can potentially offer significant savings compared to paying nightly rates at individual resorts.
- Variety of Amenities at Affiliated Resorts: Members can enjoy a wide array of amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi hotspots, recreational activities, and more, depending on the specific resort.
- Community and Connection: The RV lifestyle fostered by such memberships often leads to opportunities for meeting other travelers and building a sense of community.
- Tailored Membership Options: Some programs offer different tiers of membership with varying benefits, such as longer stay limits or extended booking windows, catering to different travel needs.

While some customer experiences have highlighted challenges with reservation and customer service, it's important to understand the model Resort Parks International operates under. For locals in California, particularly those who embrace the RV lifestyle, a membership with Resort Parks International can be a suitable choice for several reasons.
Firstly, California itself is a vast state with diverse landscapes, from stunning coastlines to majestic mountains and deserts, all ideal for RV travel. Having access to a network of RV parks through a membership can streamline the process of finding suitable and often more affordable accommodations for your adventures within the state and beyond. Instead of individually searching for and booking each RV site, a membership offers a pre-vetted selection of resorts.
Secondly, for individuals or families who frequently take RV trips, the upfront cost of a membership might translate into long-term savings on nightly rates. The ability to stay at various resorts across different regions without repetitive booking processes can be a significant convenience. This is especially true for those who enjoy spontaneous trips or extended stays, as some memberships offer longer stay durations.
Furthermore, the RV community is a vibrant one, and belonging to a membership program can connect you with fellow travelers and a shared passion for the open road. The amenities offered at many affiliated resorts, such as pools, clubhouses, and recreational activities, provide opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment, enhancing the overall vacation experience. For Californian locals looking to explore their beautiful state and even venture further afield in their RVs, a Resort Parks International membership can provide the framework for countless memorable journeys, offering a convenient and potentially cost-effective way to access a wide range of RV-friendly destinations. However, it is always recommended to thoroughly research and understand the terms and conditions of any membership program before committing, paying close attention to cancellation policies and customer service reputation.

Resort Parks International Llc Reviews
Beware of this company and their membership! They cancelled our reservation on two different occasions, one being within hours of check in and the other being the day before check it. They provided an excuse or “wild fires” when there were NO FIRES!! Customer service is awful, and a complete nightmare! They put us in another hotel that wasn’t even close to being comparable to the resort we booked! They could care less that we had booked these rooms 8 months in advances, made plans with friends/family, bought tickets to events, took time off work, ect! This company does not fulfill what you pay for!!
Jul 19, 2024 · Dana GualcoAVOID THIS COMPANY !!! They should eliminate the word "service" from their Customer Service Department and just call it the Customer Department because there is NO SERVICE! I waited 28 hours for a return call on a reservation that was made with their online service and could not be verified through their system. Their web system is a complete joke. They extract money out of you for "credits" but if you try to apply those credits, you'll get an email saying the reservation can't be verified. They obviously do not want to spend the money necessary to serve their provide proper customer service, nor upgrade their reservations system. This company truly SUCKS. If I could give them a minus 10, THAT would be generous.
Aug 11, 2021 · Winston The Wandering WeinerBuyer beware! Before Covid this used to be a good membership, but it’s completely worthless now. They say they give discounts but I paid full price for Santa Cruz RV Park with no amenities except a pool recently. It was a dump and I could have stayed at KOA on the beach for the same price. You also can’t get any reservations for holiday weekends anymore. Don’t waste your money on this membership.
Aug 02, 2023 · julie sotoWe paid our full membership. We had 5 days to cancel, but we didn't even get access to the website for 9 days. When we logged in we realized we had totally been lied to. We were told that we would be able to get condos for $299 for the week. The only reason we did this was so we could lodge a large group for destination wedding. There was nothing even available and the prices were ridiculous for other weeks we couldn't use. They did a search and we were told we could rent 2 condos for the week for $2,400. I found a home to rent for less money that would accomodate all of us. When I asked for refund I got no response. I told them it was like paying for a package but we couldn't open it for 9 days but we had 5 days to decide if we wanted to return it. Once we were able to get on the actual website I knew it wasn't worth our money and felt as though we had been scammed. I am a bargain hunter and can find cheaper prices on my own. If by chance someone does respond to my many emails I will let you know. Don't waste your money. Many websites are cheaper and honest!
Apr 21, 2017 · N BI wouldn’t recommend starting a membership with this company at all! They will pull money from your account unauthorized even after youve canceled your membership. The only reason we had it was due to our thousand trails membership. Haven’t used it once so I opted out of the auto renewal, and this month they went ahead and pulled $192!!!! I had to call my bank to dispute the charges and put a stop future charges on my account so they can no longer pull money unauthorized. So upsetting and put us in a hard financial spot! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
