Redlands Mobile Park Introduce
Florida, with its vibrant culture, diverse landscapes, and year-round sunshine, offers a compelling lifestyle for its residents. For many Floridians seeking accessible and community-oriented housing solutions, mobile home parks, often known as manufactured home communities, provide a distinct and often more affordable alternative to traditional homes. These communities are unique in their ability to foster a sense of belonging while offering practical living arrangements. In the expansive Miami metropolitan area, specifically within the unique "Redland" agricultural region, Redlands Mobile Park stands as a notable community, presenting a distinctive residential experience. This article aims to provide a clear, engaging, and informative overview of Redlands Mobile Park, helping local residents understand what this community offers as a potential place to call home.
A mobile home park, or manufactured home community, is a residential development where individual lots are leased, or homes are owned, within a managed environment designed for manufactured homes. These communities are frequently sought after for their affordability, lower maintenance requirements compared to traditional houses, and the potential for a close-knit neighborhood atmosphere. Redlands Mobile Park appears to embody these characteristics, described by residents as a "small mainly Latin community hidden among the trees," known for its "very nice and friendly temporary residents." The park's emphasis on being "well kept" and maintaining a "nice ambiance" suggests a commitment to providing a pleasant living environment. Furthermore, its affordability makes it a particularly attractive option for individuals or families who are in a transitional period or on a tighter budget, offering a great solution for temporary residence without compromising on a peaceful setting.
Redlands Mobile Park is located at 17360 SW 232nd St #26, Miami, FL 33170, USA. This address places it squarely within the "Redland" area of South Miami-Dade County, a region celebrated for its unique agricultural character, lush tropical landscapes, and proximity to the Everglades and Florida Keys. The Redlands offers a distinct contrast to the bustling urban core of Miami, providing a more rural and tranquil setting while still being part of the larger metropolitan area. While one review notes it's "far from almost everything," which can be "good and bad," this emphasizes its serene, off-the-beaten-path feel, a benefit for those who prioritize peace over immediate city access. A means of transportation is indeed required to navigate the area effectively. Despite being somewhat secluded, its location offers relatively straightforward access to major roadways like US-1 and the Florida Turnpike, facilitating travel to Homestead, Kendall, and the broader Miami area for more extensive shopping, dining, and employment opportunities. The balance of a hidden, natural environment with manageable access to urban amenities makes it appealing to those who appreciate a slower pace of life with city conveniences not too far away.

Redlands Mobile Park Reviews
Small mainly Latin community hidden among the trees. Most people living here are very nice and friendly temporary residents. The fact that is far from almost everything is good and bad. A mean of transportation is required. On night the entrance is quite scary due to poor ilumination. Prices are cheap which is great if you have a bad time or are in a tight budget. Overall great temporary residence.
