Jan 19, 2025 · Martha WinterI have lived in Redding Oaks mobile home park before and i will be giving you my honest overall experiance and thoughts, Kevin the property manager is typically a nice guy until you confront him about accountability and what i mean by that is their is none on his partKevin will give you move in dates and then not honor them, he will do this several times and when you confront him about this (Politely) he is quick to lose his temper and will deflect all responsibility on the issue and try and walk away from you, this behavior is also consistent when it comes to repairs that need to be done around your place.thing are not done in a timely manner task that do get completed on time are not done properly and whatever issue you have will continue to be ongoing and your living conditions will become Problematic, Redding oaks mobile home park has alot of Potential to be a pleasant place to live if these issues are addressed.
