Razorback Mobile Park Reviews
This is not a good place to live. Park maintenance is a joke. Management is constantly making changes to rental rates, park/tenant rules. Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. Green Acres MHP is owned by the same company and it's ran ridiculously also.
Jun 10, 2024 · Marilyn SiscoI would recommend avoiding this place for any length of time if at all possible. The trees drop limbs persistently. The tenant in lot 4 plays obnoxious music very loudly late at night. There's a lot of traffic and certain tenants have large dogs that are over the weight limit for the lease. Emergency vehicles wail through at all hours of the night and transients will take things left unattended. Management is difficult to reach when issues in the park need addressed and Johnny on the spot come rent collection time
