Management was informed on said survey of the bed bound disabled young lady, senior citizen, army vet, minor and one working class tenant on my familys’ space. It was somehow brought to managements’ attention that there is also a leak of water happening while the shower is running under my family owned trailer. Today it was brought to our attention by a knock on the door by staff and a letter informing us that our water would be disconnected if said leak isn’t repaired in seven days. I cannot wrap my head around this, maybe i am unaware of the laws that allow property management to require this of a tenant renting only the space and upon the due process of eviction but id like to make a point of a lack of morality and consideration by Rancho Robles. January 15 · Isaiah QuirozDO NOT BUY HERE!As an unfortunate resident of this park, I highly advise you to look elsewhere for a home.The park is poorly managed, the current administration cares nothing for its infrastructure or its residents and it shows! The roads are cracked and poorly maintained, to the point that I can stick my entire hand in some of the cracks and my balled fist in sections that are missing the road entirely.The current park administration treats the park like her own little fiefdom, she changes rules at the drop of a hat and without ANY input from Park Residents.She continues to raise rent every year, despite options to defer given.The Park Manager is a Bully, she uses threats and intimidation to get her way and throws temper tantrums when she doesn’t, if she doesn’t like you she will use any minor slight to try and forward an eviction process.If you complain to much, curse even slightly near her or even breath to hard in her office then she will “banish” you from said office permanently. She has thin skin and can’t civility deal with people or complaints, she has no trouble ignoring your complaints and if you push she immediately uses threats to make you back down.I got “Banished” from the office for completely bull reasons (photo of “Banishment” letter provided) after she targeted my Vehicle with a 7 day compliance letter for a non-issue. Said Non-issue was fluids on the driveway, I had already put down fodder to absorb them the day prior. At no time did she ask what was going on or if I was still cleaning up. For those wondering I had replaced my Radiator to prevent fluid leak from a cracked tank.She has since proceeded to stalk me online and do her hardest to maliciously report any post I make about the situation. This situation will be reported to HER boss soon.If you are looking to purchase a home then I highly advise you to save up further for a real home and not drop 90,000-120,000 (no that is not a typo) on ANY mobile home in this park.~Jon Hayes, unfortunate resident of D Street in Rancho Robles Mobile HomePark.Edit: let me be completely clear here, the reasons for my “Banishment” are bogus and stem from fabrication and hurt fillings.1) “Cussing” if you can’t shrug off a few bad words, then you have no business being in a position where you have to be front and center while interacting with people.2) “Throwing things across the reception area” completely false and fabricated, I put down some paper a little to aggressively on a Glass Top and it slid off and behind a desk. The initial accusation was that “I threw the paper at them” and that she would have me evicted for it.3) “Refusing to Leave” yes I did refuse to leave because she refused to give me the paperwork back, paperwork that I could use in a case against her.

August 25 · CookieI love living at RanchnRobles, I feel safe here and love the manager and staff. I believe the above review about cats is false. There have been so many stray cats from people dropping off strays at mooney grove that the manager was paying 10$ for every cat brought in for a spay/neuter and release program, i have seen her go out of her way to feed and care for these cats while humainly controlling the cat population thruout the park.
