Rancho Grande Reviews
I have enjoyed living here. It is a safe and dog friendly place. People must be over 55 to live here. People are friendly with each other here.
Jun 30, 2025 · Dawn SoukupThe residents are friendly & for the most part seem to have a great time at the numerous dinners & dances that are put on by volunteers. The owners could make some much needed improvements & bring the park back to its almost 5 star rating.
Mar 25, 2017 · ann toni ludwigMy neighbors are all different but wonderful. We all help each other out in time of need. I have made endearing friendships in my 2 years here. The park is sceanic and quiet for the most part . Love it.
Jun 02, 2017 · Pat WeinholdIt has gone down hill since Copeland took over. The management has made an enemy of the local school by blocking the drive so even resident guests don't have an option to turn around. There is no one to contact when the clubhouse privileges are being abused because they turn off the answering machine and don't answer the phone. Many residents are NOT 55 and older living with their parents and some are on the sexual abuse conviction database.
Oct 27, 2016 · D WilsonI live here for 9 years and 7 after husband died. I love the safety and they love dogs.
