Queens MHC Reviews
The owner adds charges without letting you know and as a form of retaliation. I sent her an email and she didn’t reply, instead she decided to increase “pet rent” to 50$ when I know other neighbors are not paying anything, the ones that have lived here for several years. The new neighbors are only paying 10$. This is ridiculous! I wasn’t even told that I would be paying this. My dogs are always inside my home anyway. The maintenance staff and manager of trailer park have improved a lot and they are great at fixing problems. I don’t recommend coming to live here because you have to pay a big amount when you can pay a rent at a home instead and live comfortably. That is exactly what I’m going to be doing.
Apr 03, 2025 · Daisy PerezWife, kids, dogs, and myself lived here for almost 2 years. The management was always very nice, same with the maintenance team. All my neighbors were great. Kids are outside playing all the time. Nobody speeding through or being crazy. My wife and I miss living here it was so pleasant. The only issue that ever occurred was the stray cat problem. With all the positives that came from living here and with how enjoyable it was I'm giving this place a well deserved 5 stars. It's a trailer park nonetheless but it was one of my favorite places I've ever lived. Thanks for the great couple of years Izzy and Queens MHC!
Jul 10, 2024 · JoePatternsI love this MHC, everyone is so nice and lots of people work together to help out each other to make our place a better place to live. It has changed so much in the last few years thanks to our new manager. He is very professional and takes action right away. He has been the best manager for this property and I know things will continue to change for the best. I've lived here for 18 years and it is such a better community now than it was back a few years ago. Thank you so much for all the work that the manager and employees have done to make it a better place to live. :-)
Jul 13, 2023 · Susan HueyGreat park and great management. Manager Nathan Reed has worked tirelessly to ensure my move in process has went as smoothly as possible. Any and all issues I bring up to him are resolved almost instantly! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice affordable home.
Jan 20, 2022 · Kyle WolfeOverall the neighborhood is quiet, and while there is a lot of activity, most of it is family oriented. At any given time, there are plenty of kids outside playing, something you don't see a lot of anymore and generally speaking the adults keep to themselves. This are a lot of pets in the neighborhood so it's not odd to hear dogs barking, but that's really a personal preference. For me I don't even notice. Most of the lots have older homes placed, so there is a little lacking on visual appeal, but the residents themselves are great! There have been a couple of management changes over the years as well as price increases, but currently they appear to be upgrading the facilities so this may be a positive. Only time will tell, but I am optimistic. For those looking for the newest park with up-to-date homes placed on those lots, this probably wouldn't be at the top of your list, however if you're just getting your roots started and need an affordable place to raise a family, it's definitely worth it to check out.
