Worst place ever ! Winter storms they do not plow ! My pad has been falling apart for 2 yrs now yet they keep raising pad rent , went to them several times over that issue ! They seem to have lots of Money to move new mobile home in but yet fix absolutely nothing on the property, pot holes everywhere ! And I it’s RHP that owns it !

Jun 18, 2025 · David RothThey fine you if you have anything outside, the roads are crumbling, the sewer's are full of the roots that clog and backup in the yard, they expect you to have the giant trees trimmed but not cut down and it's always changing ownership so they can't be held accountable for anything so good luck getting a title, and the pad rent goes up all the time and they find every reason possible to fine you.

We were never given a title when we signed our lease. Or a breakdown of the loan agreement. We have NO way to get in contact with people ( business). who own this home currently.

Kim the manager is always very helpful with any questions you may have. Unlike most property managers she is very friendly in a professional standpoint. I would definitely recommend this community looking for somewhere nice to live and wants to help make a difference and help it grow, as Kim has worked very hard over the last year we have lived there to improve the community tremendously!
