Quail Run Mobile Estates Introduce
### Introduction / Overview
Quail Run Mobile Estates represents an important and attractive option for affordable homeownership in the heart of the Tualatin Valley, specifically in Forest Grove, Oregon. Classified as a **Mobile home park** (or manufactured home community), Quail Run provides residents with the stability of owning their dwelling while renting the space, or lot, from the park management. This model continues to be a crucial path for Oregonians seeking budget-conscious housing solutions compared to the high cost of traditional single-family homes and their associated land purchase.
The community is welcoming to residents of **all ages**, creating a diverse and family-friendly atmosphere. This is a significant factor for individuals and families looking to put down roots in the Washington County area. Residents note a generally friendly neighborhood and a sense of community, which is often energized by the presence of young families. The homes themselves vary in size and style, including popular 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom layouts, many of which feature spacious interiors, vaulted ceilings, and private yards, allowing for a comfortable suburban lifestyle.
While the community is generally recognized as a desirable place to live, it is also noted that the park's management has undergone changes over time, leading to some mixed resident feedback. Some long-term residents express a desire for better care and replacement of street trees and more consistent landscaping efforts to restore the park's previous aesthetic glory. However, the overarching benefit of affordability compared to site-built housing remains a powerful draw for the community. As with any manufactured home park in Oregon, residents are protected by state laws (ORS Chapter 90), which provide a framework for landlord-tenant relations, rent increases, and park rules.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1great place to live! neighbors across the way seem to think they own the parking spaces, even though there are none on that side of the road. I've been out 3 time to see my family 2 times my car was pretty much parked on top of no reason for it. Other then that beautiful place to live!
November 01 · Laurie PhelanNice place to live but management leaves something to be desired. For what we pay in our space rent the landscaping in the park should be better cared for and replaced when old/rotten or diseased. When I moved here over 11 years ago the Park was beautiful. Since then a lot of our street trees have been removed but not replaced. That changes the whole atmosphere. But it's still cheaper to live here than in a regular built house.
November 15 · Mary Van VlietThe managers of this Park are okay. They allow pets. Smaller dogs and indoor cats. The space rent is fairly high considering what you are getting but the town of Forest Grove is really nice and the neighbors are pretty good. All in all a good place to live.
August 12 · maryvv22I am quite pleased with the neighborhood. I really like the new managers. They have been very helpful in cleaning up the dumpy yards on our street. People got very complacent with the old managers who were very lacks on the rules.
June 11 · Lisa KayBeen living there 10 years. Manager changed this year. Oddly the new one is strict. Last managment promised space in gated area for my trailers not anymore. Nice place to live great naborhood but mantaince is under disired.
