The management, even though they can be a little strict, are also pretty friendly, and the staff is really good at making sure things that need to be done are. Also, it's not that far from places like Walmart or other stores or restaurants in the area. I lived here for my whole life, and I still wouldn't move.

Trailers, while transported in on wheels, retain their wheels with skirting adding on after it is anchored down. These fortresses are anchored down, then the wheels are removed (so they don't dry rot, duh). So these are no longer trailers, they are in fact trailers, I mean manufactured homes. The HOA is glorious in this place. Walt and Tracey may walk around with a ruler in their pocket measuring individual blades of grass but they do it for a reason, to keep this looking like the most high end trailer park, I mean manufactured home community in all of beautiful Saratoga Springs NY. Just wish they would work on some additional community events like shed sales (similar to a garage sale but nobody here has them), bingo night or even shuffleboard. All in all, a great plot of land. Will definitely visit again.
