Wow, while a small basic rv park, it is an exceptional hidden gem. Huge walking paved walking path around a beautiful lake, with a golf course, multipurpose Centre, two large covered family bbq areas, quiet yet extremely close to all the amenities needed, and the I-35. Which considering noise level is barely noticeable. Sites are slightly staggered, pavement and brick with one row of back-in and one row pull through (est 12 of each) accommodated our 45 class A and a small trailer.

Apr 29, 2024 · Allen Warrenbeen living here for a while now ($525/month) and it's pretty decent! has a nice view of the lake and is near some good stuff- only downside is that there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer and they're kinda dirty bc nobody cleans them regularly but I just wash my clothes at my MILs house
