Owners are old fashioned wife/husband and are very creepy, will stalk up and down the park streets in a red Kia soul. Reverses to look at people, cars and in windows so if your windows aren’t covered be completely sure they know everything about you. Have seen and heard them stop to yell at people walking, homeless, and children. Rent not worth hourly check ins, and no amenities at all.
March 26 · GertrudeIt is Sept. of 2021, & my parents bought a Trailer in April, & I moved in, & pay them rent. Now, A really nice lady runs it. It stays clean & quiet. There are rules here, & they stick with them. It's around EVERYTHING. If your familiar with Hillview, we're right across from McDonalds. This lady, came into this Mobile Home Park, & REALLY cleaned it up. At Night time it's quiet, & weekends, I can't get over how quiet it is.

If you are a good person who takes care of your yard and home, stay away from there. They don't want anyone to be happy. As long as you use or sell drugs and live like pigs, they treat you like royalty. It's a drug haven. Nasty people own bed and manage it. RUN AWAY!
