We were expected to adhere to unwritten rules, including parking restrictions, without any clear signage or guidance.Despite notifying the mobile home park of our planned estate sale over a month in advance, we encountered significant opposition from the manager. After successfully conducting one sale without incident, we faced hostility during a subsequent sale on a Friday when the manager was present. This included aggressive behavior, the theft of our property, and the unnecessary involvement of law enforcement.The police ultimately took no action. However, the manager's actions caused significant disruption to our business, jeopardized our financial stability, and demonstrated an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism.As a side note; not one homeowner in the mobile home park ever complained to us about what we were doing. The park is a lovely place to live unless you have friends, workers who aren't gardeners or construction workers and enjoy the gangs of feral cats.
