She seems to always be in a bad mood. I've had friends who have been interested in purchasing a home here, but Kay was rude so they went elsewhere. Other than that it's nice quiet place to live.
Aug 15, 2017 · Ale CWas recommended by my home lender to contact the mobile home park office to see where they would recommend getting a loan through since the lending is different for mobile homes and “regular” home purchases. The home I am interested in is being sold by owner, not by the park. When I called, I asked what lending company or companies they recommend for a mobile home purchase. She told me since they didn’t have anything listed and their lenders only work with them, she couldn’t tell me. I asked if it was a bank and she said yes. She continued to be rude and unhelpful and said “its a private sale, you have to talk to the seller” repeatedly as if it was the seller’s responsibility to get me set up with a loan. Not that it’s theirs either but I’m calling to get a recommendation on where to get loan to live in your community that you will be getting a monthly fee for, I would think you could be more helpful in guiding someone in the right direction on how to do so instead of just shutting them down saying “They only work with us. You’re not buying from us so I’m not going to tell you.” 🙄
