Dead trees all around the property they don’t do anything about it. We have hurricanes a storm season. they keep cutting trees to fit new mobile homes, but not cutting any trees for the safety of the already residence. Review update finally they take care the trees feels good to have a safe place to live.
Feb 28, 2025 · Jennifer LoeraHorrible place again our rent is up unbelievable to maintain property looking good WHATTTTTT trees are all over the place in main entrance theirs really an amount trees that are a danger .... place is horrible some porches are ugly looking pieces of different woods ugly painted not to mention cars are more frequently passing late at night with loud music as well speeding oh yeah management is great when they hardly ever at office I don't even know why they have does people in office they hardly ever answer phones....$100 fee for mother nature making grass grow really when theirs yards out here in horrible condition but rules don't apply to them because they have seniority . DONT PUT YOUR HOME HERE AND READ EVERY WORD IN CONTRACT !!!!

Also, when he says you have to pay last month's rent before moving your home or that you have to leave him a $500 cash "security" deposit before moving home to insure there's no damage. He'll most likely find anything and pocket the money. Make sure to read your contract agreements, if it doesn't say it in the agreement then you by law do not have to do it.

Yet water and electricity cuts off 24/7. most dog owners don’t properly walk their dog on a leash, they just let them loose for other people to deal with. I cant walk my dog without another dog charging at us at least once a week, i could even just be on MY porch with my dog they come all the way to my porch to charge at my dog.

There are no questionable people in the neighborhood. It is worth living here if you can afford it. It is an upscale neighborhood and everyone respects everyone in this place
