I came across a Manufactured Home for Sale in this community that needed work. As a Mobile Home Investor, pricing and management at the Park are big factors in deciding to invest. The park was great on communication and willing to help when needed or if I had questions. We are in the process of selling this home now and would definately work with them again!

Apr 07, 2023 · Shelby StaufferIts too loud. The dumpsters were always over filling and furniture always piled up along the dumpsters. Partiers every weekend. Rude people. Stray cats get into your trash. Dogs running every where. Only stayed because my landlord who owns our trailer is fantastic.

They don't know our grass ,there are no ditches so it always floods and with every notice we get to do something else to our house or to fill out a paper, it always says if you don't do it you will be evicted no one has a lease it's month to month so we live on eggshells... and they were talking about rent going up to 400 a lot we own our trailers. And our lots are small, I just try to do what they say. At least our regional manager is nice this is the fourth owner in four years that I've been here. And every new owner has new rules.

Originally only home owners were allowed to live here, but after the original owners sold people are allowed to rent here.
