They were very detailed in processing the closing of the house. Overall, I only had one disappointing experience related to homeownership and selecting a policy that also includes financing in the home loan.

I am buying my mobile home and I regret it with the bottom of my heart if I knew how things are here I would have never moved here . I have held myself from giving this place a rating because I tend to mind my own business and I tolerate a lot . But at this point I am very Fed up . A few months ago my husband got a phone call from the office saying that he needed to come into the office right away. Because a dog bit one of the workers from the office. But we don't own any pets and amen by the name Frederic smith said that he was positive 100% positive on my porch . So then they made a sign a paper saying that we would never own a pet . Come to find out it never happened in my porch & it happened the next block away . I don't know exactly how they run the office but before accusing people I would make sure that I know exactly what I am talking about . This is not the first time that they get my address wrong one time they left a huge red pink notice that I had to move out ?? The person from the office got the wrong address . There's a lot of little inconvenience and embarrassing situations and it could all be avoided if they actually hired people who could read a correct address. I picke this place because I had a swimming pool gym but nothing never works the gym equipment is always broken the swimming pool it's not open year-round there's trash beer cans everywhere dogs running loose lady who walks her dog let's her dog poop in my yard . It's mind-blowing how they made me sign a paper saying I am not allowed to have a dog but yet I have to pick up dog shit every other day . The people from The office had a really bad attitude the people from the office have a really bad attitude they are not very friendly or happy people you don't feel welcomed any confuse you the man in the office cuts you off and doesn't even answer your questions . Supposedly they have security guard and I have never seen a security guard they break into people's cars they steal your mail I had my package taken in the beginning of last year . I really thought that I was going to come here and be happy I & my husband but it's not a happy place it's not safe . It's not safe for children either big dogs running around and people racing down my block . I suffer from multiple sclerosis and epilepsy . So if I really needed I would be able to get a service dog but I guess I can't now because I was forced to sign a paper saying I can't have a dog .

My family has been at this community for a year and if we could rewind time and avoid ever getting involved with any mortgage options in this location, we would. The endless empty promises that the staff at the front office give is ridiculous. There is nothing but constant issues with this property. It’s very true that crime can happen anywhere, but there is a difference between a manager that wants to make a change and one that is simply comfortable with what happens. Everyone in this community has been getting their mail stolen for months on end. The staff took forever to install a gated fence with card access to “prevent” that from happening. They have cameras that records day and night to “prevent” robbery. Yet, after these changes; the mail is still being stolen. People work hard for what they have and receive and for it to be stolen is horrible. There should have already been a plan to ensure the privacy and security for all residents. When calls are made to the front office to speak with Karla, the office manager; they promise to have her get into contact with you because she’s “in a meeting” which is just another broken promise since there is never communication made. Save your time, money and energy before considering living here.
