Pine Ridge Village Reviews
I inquired about living there. Lady was very Nice. But they only pay for trash. I just think rent is to high for a used trailer with only trash included. I'm on a budget income and for ME, it's to much.I really liked it though. The Double Wides are Beautiful. I know Covid hit hard, but it was 3 years ago, can we please go back to Afforadble Living!
Jun 14, 2025 · Jo Fettermanworse place ever they took six months to fix our door and then, after they fix it, they were mad that we kept telling them that it still wasn’t fixed. It took them two weeks to fix a door, then gave us two violations within one week and kicked us out and while we were trying to move they were harassing us the whole time. Their management team is horrible and the maintenance people are worse. All they do is take pictures of stuff that you do all day worst place ever never up to anything gave us all violations off of assumptions as the property manager said
