Pine Mountain RV Park Reviews
Site by the creek was very nice. Restrooms very clean. Laundry room too small. 2 washers 2 dryers and one dryer was broken. Need their own pool! Have a non heated splash pad only. Can use the pool at the hotel across the road but always pretty crowded plus not convenient crossing the street. Need a playground for kids! Plenty of room for this near the splash pad area. Pull through sites are very short. Think the prices are high for what is offered overall compared to many other parks we have been to.
Jun 20, 2025 · Steve CreechGreat RV ParkEverything is so clean. Showers , RestroomsVery nice laundry room too. All spots have concrete pads with plenty of trees . Jun 04, 2025 · Carolyn CarterI'll start by saying that at first there wasn't really a reason to leave a review. Nothing too terrible but also nothing outstanding. I tend to TRY to leave positive reviews and let the negative ones slide. The park is clean. Great location, off the Parkway but close enough to everything. We stayed in a cabin while my parents were in an RV spot. The cabin was fine, it was a roof over our heads. One of the ceiling fans is about to fall apart but we just simply didn't use it and they were made aware and asked if we would be in the cabin so maintenance could come fix, no fault of theirs.. we didnt come there to hang out in the cabin so we just chose not to use it. Maintenance guy came around to check and he was friendly but we were on our way out so he assured us he would fix it when we vacated. The beds and pillows were not comfortable but again.. it was better than the floor in my parents motorhome :) and I've found that's pretty normal when traveling. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river at the hotel and that was fun!We encountered 3 different front desk gals and the first two older gals were fine, they were doing their job, just didn't seem very happy with their job or maybe they were both just having off days (again, why I don't roast someone on a first impression) but again, not a big issue. But then on our last evening I came in to grab a few sodas and ice cream and the young gal Natalia was sooo sooo friendly and personalble. I think she was concerned when I asked for her name but I assured her it was to compliment her!! Keep her around she's a friendly gem!
May 18, 2025 · Bree SwansonI had a great experience staying here at Pine mountain RV Park. The staff were all friendly and very helpful/informative. The hospitality was amazing. The park was clean and the site I had was beautiful. I will be back. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
Dec 30, 2024 · Brian PerryPoor service , poor customer service and rude. We are staying and having 3 sites (16,17,18) for Thursday 28,2024- Sunday Dec 1, 2024. We noticed on site 18 that we were not pulling 50 amps while we were cooking dinner. I went to the office (5:30 pm ish) and the front desk person said she knew nothing. She called their maintenance person(Joe)and he stated his wife was shopping and he could not come and replace the breaker and that his wife is shopping and if he made her leave her shopping cart he would have to charge us an extra $150.00 fee for fixing their breaker. I explained to him that I am not paying an extra fee to replace their broken equipment. The front desk said that Dewayne owned the property and she called him and he said he did not want to mess with it and that we could leave. I explained to the lady that it is now 6pm during peak busy season. I proceed to tell her that we would not be able to find a spot and that I have never stayed in a campground with such service. I am leaving this review to advise if you have a problem, do not expect resolutions. We ran our generator to have power and I explained to the front desk that it would cost us to run it all night and she did not seem the least bit concerned and refused to refund the money. The property manager called me and stated she would reach out to Dewayne to get resolution and as of 9:31 pm we have not heard a word. Poor poor poor campground and I would NOT recommend this campground at all. We have stayed here for 4 years and never had a problem. We have had to run heat this time as it is freezing temps and calling for snow.
