The repair guys left the job due to not being paid, the water has not been safe to drink for over a year due to fecal matter in the water. And also if you try to get them yo fix it they give you a eviction warning for non payment even though you have documentation of all previous rents being paid on time. Stay away and save your money because he wants like 1100/month for some trash trailers that have black mold, serious disrepair and wild animals living in them. Stay away.
