★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nice clean park. Rent is kind of high, it includes pad, water, trash and sewage. They don’t really prorate it to how many occupants are in the trailer so you may be paying for someone else’s water and stuff. But it is a very clean park and under new management so hope it changes soon.
March 28 · Carmen CrosierI've lived here long enough to renew my lease and its the best home I've rented in nearly 10 years. Rules are enforced and I love that. If it was not strict, it would not look as nice as it does. You get what you pay for 100%. I even got a new tree planted in my yard, the main road was recently repaved, lawns stay mowed, snow gets plowed. Those things matter. Sure, kids/teens roam the neighborhood, but that's just what they do no matter where you live. The office is responsive & personal - I've never had any issue with them. In fact, they've gone above and beyond nearly every time including helping me pick a really nice home here.
June 03 · Heather RabyDON’T rent from this place! They’re slums and racist! There’s no resources for the tenants. Lot rent increases often but they don’t have maintenance or office personnel. They sent two drunks or methheads to assess a plumbing issue that they didn’t inspect properly. They told me NOT to contact Rotor Rooter but, I did! And the plumbing issue was their main. I paid over $800 a have yet to be reimbursed. Haven’t heard anything from park manager and getting the run around from the guy who answers the phone.
June 17 · Tiffany JohnsonNice neighborhood. Management is a joke. No one ever seems to know anything about what's going on. If you have younger children that like to play outside with lots of toys then probably not a good fit for you bc they want nothing in the yards especially kids toys. Cops are next door about once a week. Pretty quiet in all though. The pool is constantly closed for one reason or another. Their park area is always full of trash and litter. The maintenance men either don't fully know how to fix things in your home or just don't care and do the bare minimum . They send out a letter to your door saying you're evicted before it's even time for rent to be due. Or if you're a day late.
July 06 · Natasha Nicole HoffmanUpdated review 11/6/24:So, I'm honestly apauled at how the management is here now. It used to be so much better when Mark & Sarah were in there!! Now, it seems like they will hire anyone.. not good ones either. We have continuously had major issues with our trailer and NOTHING has been actually done about it. They send people to "fix" the problem, but they don't actually fit it.It's expensive and gets more expensive the longer you stay. So sad to see that this place (being one of the nicer parks in the area) is going to shit. Just like a job,the work can be fine.. It's the people who ruin it. And that's what's happened here.We wanted to stay and maybe even change trailers, so this one could be properly fixed.but I doubt they would even do that. So what a shame.. off to somewhere else I guess.Btw if you are month to month now, like we are. They will only give you about 1-2 WEEKS notice to vacate the premise if you pay your rent late. We were ONE day late. Still paid the fee too and I still got a letter on my door. Sorry but it just feels incompetent to me. They should be double checking these things.Original review:Decent prices, reasonable and understanding staff, works with you and replies via email pretty fast.Been here allost two years.
