Pier 4 RV Resort is situated at 3400 Sage Rd, Moses Lake, WA 98837, USA. This address places the resort conveniently close to the intersection of I-90, the main east-west corridor across Washington, and the city of Moses Lake itself. While the proximity to the interstate provides easy access for travelers, it is worth noting that some sites may experience the distant hum of traffic, a common trade-off for convenience in a central location. However, for those using the resort as a base camp, the quick access to and from the highway is a significant advantage.
The resort is located on the south side of I-90, with the main town amenities, including grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers, easily reachable by crossing the nearby bridge to the north side of the freeway. The location on Sage Road leads directly to the waterfront property, ensuring immediate access to the beautiful shoreline and water activities.
A critical feature of Pier 4 is its verified commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, confirmed by public data:
- Wheelchair accessible entrance
- Wheelchair accessible parking lot
These features ensure that the resort’s public areas are welcoming and navigable for guests with mobility needs, a key consideration for many travelers planning their recreational stays in Washington. The location's combination of I-90 convenience and direct lake access makes it a highly functional spot for a variety of users.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- The check in was easy, and great directions on how to drive thru one site to get straight into my space. Lots of trees, so the shade helped on an 86 degree day in August. This area can have 96-102 temps in August, so I caught a cool weekend. 3 days later it was forecast to be 100 ha ha. I missed it. About 3/4 of the park is in an area with no trees, so they need to use their A/C more. Being in the shaded area was better and I didn’t use the A/C on my 86 degree day. I was good with all windows open for a nice 64 degree breeze in the morning. I did hear the I-90 traffic nearby, but it was a distant hum in the background, so it actually put me to sleep. This park is on the South side of I-90, and the town of Moses Lake and all the amenities are on the North side. I visited a Walmart to stock up my refrigerator on the way out in the morning, and there are plenty of other grocery stores, and several restaurants to choose from in this small town? Looked like about 25,000 people strong. A peaceful RV Park to stay at. August 12 · Chuck Barr
- Just off the main highway and nice for either an overnight stay or longer. There is a laundry facility with an adult lounge next to it. Restrooms, a pool, grassy picnic area by the lake. Boat launch and a pet walking area. Most sites are back in, not alot of shade. Pull through are available as well as full hook up. W/E sites by the boat launch do have more shade. Park host is very friendly and accommodating. August 22 · Jemily H
- I arrived at my site at 4:45 pm in early AUG 25. To say I am disappointed in the quality would be an understatement. I have been in nearly 100 RV resorts and this is by far the worst. No grass, couldn't find the pool, no wifi, everything is paved. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Here are the actual photos of the "Resort," you decide. August 01 · Floyd Rinehold
- We had a nice stay. No grass. Small sites but we had no one close except our friends. Very nice pool. Walkway across I-90 from resort to the park was great. Very nice office staff. August 15 · Kim Martin
- Where to start! First this is about as far from a resort as you can get. I read the reviews, and was fine with the sites being narrow, and being close to the highway. But the extreme lack of maintenance and upkeep is appalling. After the sign that there are no refunds, the next sign you see is there is no hot water in the main bathhouse or laundry. The pool was green (apparently the pump was broken) The dock leading to the lake was falling apart and blocked off. They had a sign that they cut the grass on Wednesday's. What a joke, the grass was all dead and looks like it has been years since they had grass. Nothing but dirt and weeds. Our site was littered with beer caps and cigarette buts. The water did not work, I have to say they did fix it quickly (sort of, the water came on but would not turn off. Good thing I have a valve on my hose)We paid for a "premium" site to end up next to a permanent resident, with junk piled under his rv, and had to wait for him to push the motorcycle he was preparing in our site out of the way. About 1/3 of the sites appear to be permanent residents with junk piled around the site.Save your money go elsewhere! June 18 · Scott Jones
